A poetry-making workshop to give you a chance to enjoy putting words and feelings together in an inspiring and nurturing space.
Johannah is an experienced and expert educator in poetry, a National Poetry Day finalist, a Poetry Walk Guide and a firm believer in the power of poetry to support self-reflection and well-being!
All you need to bring along is yourself and possibly – if you have one – your favourite pen!
Together, we will do the rest!!!

Fee £10 (£8 concessions)
To maintain the supportive ethos of the workshop, we can accommodate a maximum of 10 participants, aged 18 +
Concessions available to the following (please email info@khwgarden.org for code)
- Seniors aged 60 or over
- Full-time students and 16-18 years
- Asylum seekers
- Those on Income support and Job seekers allowance
- Disabled people (free entry for carer)
Cancellation Policy
If KHWG needs to cancel a workshop, all booking fees will be reimbursed in full
Booking fees refund policy:
- Booking fees will be refunded for requests made more than 4 weeks before a workshop
- Booking cancellations requested between 4-2 weeks before a workshop will not be reimbursed, but may be transferred to another workshop.
- Booking cancellations requested less than two weeks before a workshop will not be refunded
