Ximena Ransom, from Made in Hackney, will show you how to make sauerkraut and kimchi, using local seasonal vegetables. A fun and physical session with lots of chopping, pounding and squeezing and a magical end result to take away with you.
All ingredients are included but please bring with you 3 small (500ml) Kilner jars or similar to take your delicious products home

Concession codes are available for over 60’s, students in full time education and 16-18 years, those on Income Support, Jobseekers or Disability Allowances.

Cancellation policy. If you can cancel your booking more than two weeks before the event, you will receive a credit note for the full amount paid to put towards another KHWG workshop. No refunds will be made for cancellations made within two weeks of the event.
