Wellbeing – Thought Explosion: Does my happiness matter to the world?

In this two-hour interactive work-shop Kuki will explore what happiness means to us, how it impacts on those around us, and further into our community and society.
The work-shop starts with a short relaxation exercise, followed by a round of positivity and connection. She will present evidence-based research to be discussed in small groups, as well as practising daily activities that we can each take away and use to boost not just our own happiness and sense of connectivity but so too those of our community.
Fee £11 (£8 Concession) Maximum 16 places
Concession codes are available for over 60’s, students in full time education and 16-18 years, those on Income Support, Jobseekers or Disability Allowances.

Cancellation policy. If you can cancel your booking more than two weeks before the event, you will receive a credit note for the full amount paid to put towards another KHWG workshop. No refunds will be made for cancellations made within two weeks of the event.
